chosen cities.:
The Miami Community Police Benevolent Association is asking that
the City of Miami join us for support of this worthwhile project.
`
A recreational event such as the Rocking the Rim Outdoor Basketball
Tour will give all segments of our community the opportunity to
interact and participate in a united effort to help people who are
less fortunate.
We are requesting that this years event be held in the Coconut

would require adjustments in the traffic for that area, and some
t
street closures.'

of Miami, and has agreed to assist us as needed to make this event

INTRODUCTION:
Exclusive Sports Marketing would like to introduce one of the
finest recreational sports programs in 1991 - Bud Dry Rockin
Outdoor Basketball Tour. Our five city swing in 91' is the
recreational ball player's dream come true and is an opportunity
for all ages to participate in a healthy and worthwhile outdoor
recreational activity. In addition to providing five-star
recreation the major objective of this series is to benefit the
local charities of our chosen cities. By committing to an
extremely professional and aggressive marketing campaign our
charitable contributions.will naturally be over and above our 91'
goals. The only way to build this charitable fund will be to
capture the attention of the recreational marketplace in each city.
By placing your name with this concept you will be a major cog in
the perpetuation of the tournament and it's charitable objectives.
Along with Exclusive Sports Marketing, Anheuser-Busch, and Sunshine
Network are the main Catalysts in the marketing and implementation
of this tour. Each have contributed financially to expand this
concept to a statewide tour. In addition, each have developed
prolific advertising campaigns to help bring about strong statewide
awareness. Our partners at Sunshine Network are Dave Almstcad and
Pat Bishop both of whom have demonstrated an abundance of
enthusiasm for this project.
Each individual tournament has been strategically positioned
i
downtown to capitalize on our concept of "Taking it Downtown" !!
Actually tournament play is conducted on the streets of each chosen
city where over 40 will be in action simultaneously. /This in turn
creates our "Street Basketball Festival" and places the
participants in an atmosphere of health, fun, and fair competition.
a
our commitment to five-star service to athletes has helped our
creative team develop the following implementation strategies to
best cater to our market:
Divisions
- 3-on-3 Half Court
— 4—on-4 Sport court Championships (Quragrid floorfrV for full court games)
- 3-on-3 Corporate Division k`
- 21-Under division
