This law firm represents Bayview Associates, Inc.,
doing business as Dupont Plaza Center. Dupont Plaza Center has
made a proposal to lease office space to the City of Miami for
the City's administrative offices.
Pursuant to Section 2-308 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Miami, I am enclosing a completed and executed
Disclosure of Ownership form. This form discloses all parties
having a financial interest, either direct or indirect,in the
subject matter of our presentation on behalf of Dupont Plaza
Center.
