Whereas the Allapa"itah Mini Park at 1500 N# W. 16 Ave„ is the only
open apace in the civic center area where mothers can bring their tots
to string on swings & elide on slides, & workers can eat lunch under y
the towering oaks, & teen agora can meet at the basketball court.
Whereas our park was given to us by the U. S. Government who recognised
that we needed open space, Whereas the park was designed by us to have
no grass & thus no expense to the City of Miami. %areas we are aware

Therefore, the Allapattah Community Association Inc. states that we a
