ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3560
MAIN HIGHWAY, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY FROM RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL TO
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY
OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Adv ry Board, at its mee n
of February 20, 1991, Item No. f lowing an advertised u 'c
hearing, adopted Resolut N AB 14-91, by a 7 to 0 t ,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amen ent to the Future n Use Map
of Ordinance No. 105 , s ended, the Mi Comprehensive
Neighborhood lan 1969- 00 , as hereinafte et rth; and
WHERE , th City C mmissio , aft�r c ul consideration of
this matter, ems it advisabl a d i he best interest of the
general welfa of the City of M nd its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan change as ereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544,
as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000,
is hereby amended by changing the land use designation from
Restricted Commercial to Single Family Residential, for property
located at approximately 3560 Main Highway, Miami, Florida, more
particularly - described as a triangular parcel, containing
portions of lots 2, 31 4 and vacated unnamed street r.o.w.,,
ROBSRTS _SUBDIVISION, PROW HOMESTEAD, according to the plat
hereof, as recorded in Plat Book A, of Page 21 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
