ORDINANCE NO.
AN -ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 6145, ADOPTED MARCH 19, 19581 AS AMENDED,
WHICH ESTABLISHED FEES FOR BUILDING,
PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL (INCLUDING
BOILER AND ELEVATOR) INSPECTION, PERMIT AND
CERTIFICATE FEES, BY ADDING A NON-REFUNDABLE
ANNUAL FEE FOR ONGOING UPDATING OF
CONTRACTORS DOCUMENTATION STATUS WITH THE
BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that in order to protect
the safety of the citizens in the City of Miami, it will be
required that all contractors 2fent

NOW, THE EFORE, BE IT BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 6145, adopted
March 19, 1958, as amended, which provides fees for building,
plumbing,. electrical and mechanical (including boiler and
elevator) inspection, permit and certificate fees, is hereby
amended in the following particulars: I/
"Sec. 5. - FEE SCHEDULE.
b. GENERAL FEES:
Underscored words and/or figures shall be added. The
remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged.
