FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN),

SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS
