AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-422 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS
AMENDED, CONCERNING THE INTERNATIONAL, TRADE
BOARD, BBC MODIFYING THE QUORUM REQUIREMENT
AND THE NUMBER OF 'VOTES REQUIRED FOR BOARD
ACTION; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
