Dear Ms. Lutz,

Feb.19 reharsal $100.00
2) May 21 performance $350 + 10%
May 22 performance $350 + 10%
May 20 rehearsal 8hrs. $200.
The performances for the MaPAC are:

& ALLEGRO BALLET Co. (Paquita,SwanLake
and FAUST)
May 21..VIUDA ALEGRE full prod. w/orchestra
May 22 VIUDA ALEGRE full prod. w/orchestra.
The ticket sales for the production in this
theater are $15 for the Orchestra Concert and
$20. for the Viuda Alegre. The auditorium can
only use 700. seats for the buying public which
makes it very difficult to produce orchestra
performances with soloists, ballet or zarzuela
of high quality. PASA a tax -exempt -non profit
organization gets a$2500. Hannibal Cox Grant for
these projects. We are a newly organized group
at the grass -root level for this area. Any move
on your part to help us with financial assistance
can encourage us.,stand on our feet and produce
high quality performances for the Dade County
community. Thank you.

A riot -for -profit corporation - to rremp i
To our Friends:
The PAN AMERICAN SUCIIsTY or ARTISTS, Inc. (PASA), a tax-
exempt -non profit corporation of artists, singers, musicians, writers,
designers, scenery, builders, dancers and people belonging to the
stage. This organization has been in existence for 17 years. In order
to serve the community and help the artists, 2 years ago we decided to
become a tax -exempt -non profit corporation. PASA would like to: a)
revive in Miami Beach the Miami Beach Symphony Orchestra which
has been non existent for a number of years and, b) to present
concerts and Latin Zarzuelas with orchestra in the Manuel Artemi
Performing Arts Center in Miami.
We have a very capable man residing in Miami Beach since 1977.
Maestro Laurence Gordon Siegel, an international conductor, conducts
in three continents opera and concerts (ballet, operette, symphony,
zarzuelas); opera in Milano every winter; recording artist (15 CDs in
the market). We have professional orchestra.

CONSULTANT
Jerry Kahn, Esq. We are aware of the fact that the production expenses are very costly
and the gate receipts if sold to the public in both theaters cannot cover
these costs and the only way we could do it is to solicit the support of
private individuals and mostly corporations in order to carry on our
project. We are asking your support, to join us by giving us donations.
We would like to meet with you or your marketing -public relations
director to discuss further our project this season. We do hope to
hear from you soon. Thank you.
