HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-92-0523J-92-592 8/10/92 RESOLUTION NO. 9 2 - 523 A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $18,000 FROM 'BUDGETED FUNDS OF THE PLANNING, BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT FOR PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION TO SPECIAL COUNSEL FOR THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section I. An amount not to exceed $18,000 is hereby allocated from budgeted funds for Fiscal Year 1992-1993 from the Planning, Building and Zoning Department, Account No. 560602-250- 421001, for payment of compensation to special counsel for the Code Enforcement Board. Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. Employment of special counsel to this Board is required by law since the City Attorney's Office prosecutes .code enforcement violations before the board and therefore can not also represent the Board.
