N z A RESOLUTION RELATED TO A RELIGIOUS HOLIDAY CELEBRATION TO BE CONDUCTED BY RABBI FAVISH DALFIN, OF THE SHUL OF' DOWNTOWN MIAMI, ON MARCH 19, 1992; AUTHORIZING THE CLOSURE OF DESIGNATED STREETS TO THROUGH VEHICULAR w TRAFFIC SUBJECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS BY THE DEPARTMENTS OF POLICE AND FIRE, RESCUE AND INSPECTION SERVICES; FURTHER CONDITIONING ALL APPROVALS AND AUTHORIZATIONS HEREIN UPON THE ORGANIZERS PAYING FOR ALL NECESSARY COSTS ' OF CITY SERVICES AND FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT AND OBTAINING INSURANCE TO PROTECT THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT AS PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY - (' MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, a i -It FLORIDA: �- s j� Section 1. In order to effectuate safe passage during a religious holiday celebration to be conducted by Rabbi Favish Dalfin, of the Shul of Downtown Miami, the following streets are hereby closed to through vehicular traffic from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 19, 1992, as specified below: East Flagler Street from First Avenue to Second Avenue. Included in the herein closure are all streets, avenues, alleys, ways and thoroughfares which intersect the enumerated areas delineated in this Section. Section 2. Such closing of streets is subject to State approval and issuance of permits by the Departments of Police and Fire, Rescue and Inspection Services. Section 3. The herein authorizations are hereby conditioned upon the organizers paying for all necessary costs of City services and fees associated with the event and obtaining insurance to protect the City in the amount as prescribed by the City Manager or his designee.
