RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF
RICHARD 0. WHIPPLE UPON HIS UNTIMELY DEATH.
WHEREAS, Richard 0. Whipple, who recently passed away, was a
City of Miami employee for over 26 years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Whipple truly exemplified the highest standards
and service to the City of Miami as a Planner and Assistant to
the Planning Director before his retirement in 1985; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its deepest
f sympathy to the family and friends of Richard 0. Whipple;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of Richard 0. Whipple, its deepest sympathy and sincerest
condolences, upon his untimely death.
