BACKGROUND: The Office of Professional Compliance requests the appointment of eight (8) individuals to the Advisory Panel to serve full terms expiring December 6, 1993. At the present time, eight (8) vacancies exist on the Office of Professional Compliance Advisory Panel. Willie Chavez and Rudolph Moise were appointed by the Commission to two (2) previously existing vacancies on July 25, 1991 and October 3, 1991, respectively. In accordance with administrative policy, I am notifying you of the above so that you may appoint members to the Panel as provided for in Section II(f)(1)(i) Ordinance No. 10659.
