A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-1045 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 30, 1989, BY CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LAW FIRM WITH WHICH BEVERLY B. PARKER, ESQ. IS ASSOCIATED TO ANDREW C. BARNARD, P.A., FOR THE REPRESENTATION OF KENNETH C. MC CULLOUGH IN BENJAMIN J. BOYKIN, ET AL. V. CITY OF MI) MI, ET _AL. CASE NO. 88- 2033-CI:V-KEHOE. WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 89-1045 on November 30, 1989, which authorized the City Attorney to pay Beverly B. Parker, Esq. of the firm of Greene and Greene, P.A., an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 for services rendered in the representation of Kenneth C. Mc Cullough in Benjamin J. Boykin, et al. v. City of Miami, et al. Case No.: 88-2033-Civ-KEHOE with funds for such payment being allocated from the Self -Insurance and Insurance Trust Fund; and WHEREAS, Beverly Parker, Esq. is no longer associated with the firm of Greene and Greene, P.A. and is now associated with the firm of Andrew C. Barnard, P.A.; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 89-1045, adopted November 30, 1989, is hereby amended in the following F m c0111411JUySION � r1":O OF - FEB 13 199Z particulars:/ "Section 1. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to pay Beverly Parker, Esq., of the firm of Greene and Greene, P.A. Andrew C. Barnard. P.A. and Peter J. Hurtgen, Esq., of the firm of Morgan Lewis and Bockius at an hourly rate of $150.00 each, an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 each for services rendered in the legal representation of Kenneth C. Mc Cullough and Colonel H. Duke respectively in Boykin, et al. v. City of Miami, et al. with funds for such payment being hereby allocated from the Self -Insurance and Insurance Trust Fund." Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of,,Fe�t ry , 1992. Parker, Esq. of the firm of Greene and Greene, P.A. an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 for services rendered in the representation of Kenneth C. McCullough in Benjamin J. Boykin, et al v City of Miami, et al. Case No.: 88-2033-Civ-KEHOE with funds for such payment being allocated from the Self -Insurance and Insurance Trust Fund. An amendment of Resolution No. 89-1045 is needed because Beverley B. Parker, Esq. is no longer associated with the firm of Greene and Greene, P.A. and is now associated with the firm of Andrew C.
