WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10764 created the Coconut Grove Standing Festival Committee; and WHEREAS, the terms of two of the members of the Coconut Grove Standing Festival Committee expired during the month of November; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The following individuals 'are hereby appointed as members of the Coconut Grove Standing Festival Committee to serve until the first City Commission meeting in November, 1994: Appointee: A.
