Odio City Manager V ENCLOSURES: It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolution appointing three (3) public members to the Civil Service Board, commencing January 10, 1992 for a term to expire on January 6, 1994. Sec. 36, Civil Service, of the Charter and Code of the City of Miami provides that three (3) of the five (5) Civil Service Board Members shall be appointed by the Commission.
