BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An amount not to exceed $18,000 is hereby allocated from FY191-92 Budgeted Funds of the Civil Service Office, Account No. 240101-250, for payment of compensation to Special Counsel for the Civil Service Board. .1/ Section 2. Employment of special counsel to this Board is required by law since the City Attorney prosecutes code violations before the Board and is not permitted to both represent and prosecute oases before the Board. The monies allocated as compensation by Resolution No. 91-198, adopted March 14, 1991, have been expended on a periodic basis and are depleted. Therefore, an allocation in an amount not to exceed $18,000 is hereby requested from funds appropriated in the FY'91-92 Operating Budget of the Civil Service Office.
