Commissioner Please schedule a Public Hearing for the December 10, 1992 commission meeting to discuss a problem at 351 S.W. 30th Court, Miami, Florida 33135. Please have someone from the Zoning Department there to tell me how to solve the problem. I don't want someone at the meeting to tell me what is the problem. (see attachment). By copy of this memorandum I am asking the owners to be present and if possible, please schedule this as the first Zoning item. _ Please also check a concrete brick wall that is at 3`1 S.W. 30th Court and please be prepared to tell me if this wall is legal or illegal.
