Odio Discussion Item: City Manager ENCLOSURES: City Commission Meeting DISCUSSION Under discussion, the Administration is Commission on the allocation of $84,000 now Fund, a Trust Agency fund established to contributions made to the City of Miami resolution can then be properly prepared Commission meeting. BACKGROUND requesting direction from the available in the Proffered Trust receive all voluntary proffered by developers so that a formal and presented at the next City On September 27, 1990, following discussion, the Commission passed Resolution 90-731, as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 90-731 "A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO EARMARK FORM A SPECIAL FUND, BEING ESTABLISHED TO THE CITY OF MIAMI DURING PLANNING AND ZONING MEETINGS OF THE CITY COMMISSION, THE INITIAL $25,000 DEPOSITED IN SAID FUND FOR THE FUNDING OF SECURITY FOR THE RAINBOW VILLAGES; FURTHER INSTRUCTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO AUTOMATICALLY BRING TO THE CITY COMMISSION'S ATTENTION FOR ITS REVIEW, THE STATUS OF SAID FUND WHENEVER THE FUND BALANCE REACHES "$25,000." Separately, $25,000 is being appropriated by ordinance, to Metro Dade County Department of Housing and Urban Development for security at Rainbow Village, and $10,000 for a parking study of the Coconut Grove Village Center.
