AN ORDIN CE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDIN E NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENS vE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-20001
FOR THE PR ERTY LOCATED AT 3711 SOUTHWEST
26TH TE E, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE
PARTICULARLY ESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE SUBJECT
PROPERTY FRO DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO
RESTRICTED CO RCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE SMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS
ORDINANCE TO AFFE TEED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISIO AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning \,dvisory Board, at its meeting
of May 13, 1992, Item No. 1, fo lowing an advertised public
hearing, pursuant to Resolution No. 19-92, defeated a motion
by a vote of 6 to 3 that RECOMMENDED PROVAL of an amendment to
the Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No 10544, as amended, the
Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 198 -2000, as hereinafter
set forth; and
WHEREAS, notwithstanding the recommendat'on of denial, the
City Commission, after careful consideration of this matter,
deems it advisable and in the best interest f the general
welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants \to grant this
Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION Of THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

ZONING AONT INING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND A SEITY LAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning\ Board, at its meeting of
May 18, 1992, Item No. 5, follo \*ngan advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 53-92, bven to zero (7-0) vote,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a changening classification, as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after ca\bn
ideration of
this matter, deems it advisable and in theerest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and itnts to grant
this change of zoning classification as heret forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE OF THE CITY
