ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM G/1
GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONAL TO CBD CENTRAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT APPROXIMATELY 327-345 NORTHEAST 2ND
STREET AND 211 NORTHEAST 3RD STREET, MIAMI,
FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN); AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 36 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, t its meeting of
September 16, 1992, Item No. 8, following a a vertised hearing,
adopted by Resolution To. PAB 31-92,\ A n eight to zero (8 - 0)
vote, RECOMMEND P�OVAL of nge of zoning classification,

this ma er, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference
