AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM G/1 GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONAL TO CBD CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 327-345 NORTHEAST 2ND STREET AND 211 NORTHEAST 3RD STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 36 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
