Re: Notice of Encroachment and that Removal is Necessary
3099 Oak Avenue, Lot 9, Block 2, ALLAMANDA GARDENS
Gentlemen:
As the owners of, and/or interested parties in, the above -
referenced property, you are hereby notified under Sections 54-
105(1) and 54-107 of the City of Miami Code (both enclosed) of an
encroachment within the undedicated area between the platted or
dedicated right-of-way line and the base building line (adjacent
to Matilda Street) which must be removed in the interest of
public safety within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter.
The encroachment was installed either: (1) under Section 54-
105, as a temporary encroachment approved subject to the
recording of a covenant to run with the land providing for
removal by the property owner within thirty (30) days of this
notification;, or (2) without a covenant and permit having been
granted under Section 54-105, in violation of Section 54-107.
Pursuant to the above -referenced provisions of the City
Code, if you shall fail or refuse to remove the encroachment

within the specified time period, i.e., August 21, 1992, this
department shall cause the encroachment to be removed, and a lien
shall be placed against the property for the cost of said
removal.
