ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 9, GENERAL AND
SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS, SECTION 926.16
"LIMITATIONS ON ONSITE SIGNS ABOVE A HEIGHT
ABOVE FIFTY (50) FEET ABOVE GRADE" TO ALLOW
NOT MORE THAN FOUR (4) SIGNS FOR A SINGLE
MAJOR TENANT OR NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) SIGNS
PER MAJOR TENANT AND DEFINING MAJOR TENANT AS
A TENANT OCCUPYING MORE THAN FIVE PERCENT
(5%) OF THE GROSS LEASABLE FLOOR AREA OF THE
BUILDING FOR A MAXI14UM OF TWO (2) MAJOR
TENANTS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION,
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

Advisory Board, at its meeting

forth; and
WHEREAS, the ity Comm' icf-r:2 careful consideration of
this matter deems it advisab a avvnd in the best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
amend Ordinance No. 11000 as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by
