Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the Miami City Commission
with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all
testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based.
The City Commission has established a policy that Commission meetings will
adjourn at the conclusion of deliberations on the agenda item being considered
at 9:00 PM. (Resolution No. 87-115)

1936 for exterior alteration and

Original conditions were: Restricting

Midnight and requiring an 8' CBS wall,
stuccoed and painted on both sides, to
be maintained by owner along easterly
boundary line for the above property.

614.3.2 "Permitted Principal Uses and
Structures" tQ allow clinics,

amending Section 614.3.2.3 "Special rules
concerning extent and location of certain

seventy percent (70%) of the frontage, and
