NON- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
AG CITY MANAGER TO MAKE FUNDS AVAILABLE IN THE
TOTAL AMOUNT OF $50,000 AS REWARD FOR
INFORMATION LEADING UP TO OR RESULTING IN THE
ARREST AND CONVICTION OF THE KILLER OF STEVEN
BAUER; FURTHER STIPULATING THAT SAID ARREST
MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE
OF THIS RESOLUTION AND THAT SUCH REWARD SHALL
REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL JANUARY 31, 1993, WITH
