Depaxtrnent of Neurology; Human Resources Health Center; Kenneth C. Fischer, M.D., P.A.; and Fernando L. Martinez- Catinchi, M.D. (c) c=Pl.au for Antonio B3wazds: The City of Miami shall pay for Antonio Edwards' Continuing medical case at North Shore Medical Center at the rate of $975.00 per day with, a three percent infLation factor per year for as long as Antonio Edwards lives.
