It just so happens that two of such issues were appeals, and upon contacting Irma Abeila, she stated her interpretation to be as follows: PZ-3, APPEAL PZ-4, SPECIAL EXCEPTION PZ-59 SPECIAL EXCEPTION PZ-6, APPEAL - APPEAL DENIED - SPECIAL EXCEPTION GRANTED - SPECIAL EXCEPTION GRANTED - APPEAL GRANTED Even though we agree with her interpretation, since the collective motion (one roll call for all four issues) was so vague, we would very much appreciate your concurrence.
