HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-93-02290 RESOLUTION NO.. `9.3" _2 9 A RESOLUTION, WITH ATTACHMENTS, ACCEPTING THE PLAT ENTITLED AMENDED PLAT OF COMSTOCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF MIAMI, SUBJECT TO ALL OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE PLAT AND STREET COMMITTEE, AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE RECORDATION OF SAID PLAT IN THE PUBLIC. RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, the City Department of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The plat entitled Amended Plat of Comstock Elementary School, is a replat of a portion of Tract "A", COMSTOCK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 86 at Page 93 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; all that portion of N.W. 18th Avenue as delineated on said Plat, lying North of a line that is 178.03 feet North of the South boundary of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida; and a portion of the South 112 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: See attached two pages for complete legal description, which plat by reference is made a 'ATTACHMENT (S)I CONTAINED CITY COTSSt MEETING OF APR 15 199�3 93- 229,i <4: part hereof as if fully incorporated herein, and, subject to all of the conditions required by the Plat and Street Committee as set forth as Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby accepted.
