HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-93-0085J-93-114 1/29/93 RESOLUTION NO. 93- 85 A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 93-27, ADOPTED JANUARY 14, 1993, WHICH DECLARED THAT THE MOST ADVANTAGEOUS METHOD TO DEVELOP CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON CERTAIN CITY - OWNED LAND WAS BY A UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (UDP) AND SCHEDULED A PUBLIC HEARING FOR FEBRUARY 11, 1993 AT 3:0E P.M. TO TAKE TESTIMONY REGARDING A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MOTORBOAT WATERFRONT PROPERTY AT WATSON ISLAND KNOWN AS THE "MIAMI OUTBOARD CLUB"; THEREBY PROVIDING THAT SAID PUBLIC HEARING BE RESCHEDULED TO MARCH 11, 1993 AT 3:05 P.M. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 93-27, adopted January 14, 1993, is hereby amended in the following particulars:I/ "Section 3. A Public Hearing to consider a Unified Development Request for Proposals for the development of improvements to the motorboat waterfront property at Watson Island known as the "Miami Outboard Club", Miami, Florida, is hereby scheduled for February P.M. March 11- 1993 at 3:0$ P.M." The date stricken through shall be replaoed by the date underlined. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged. cm COMMSSION MEETING OF FEB 0gT1,93 F."Oluum No. 93- 85 Section R .
