STA A, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C--1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of December 7, 1992, Item No. 3, duly adopted Resolution No. ZB-125-92 by a eight to zero (8-0) vote, denying a Special Exception, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, finds that the application for a Special Exception does not meet the applicable requirements of Zoning Ordinance No. 11000 and deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to deny the Special Exception and to affirm the decision of the Zoning Board; CITY Cobnassioll MEETING OF JQ N 2 8 1993 R*w]uU*n Na 93- 68 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDAs Section 1. The decision of the Miami Zoning Board to deny a Special Exception from Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, Article 4, Section 401, Schedule Of District Regulations, C-1 Restricted Commercial, Conditional Principal Uses, to allow a bar and pool room subject to a variance to waive 37 of 198 required parking spaces for the property located at 801 Northwest 37th Avenue, Miami, Florida, also described as north 309.75, of Lot 6 less north 15, and west 20' and Lot 7 less north 151, south 20, and east 15.3' of south 1451, TROPICAL TRADES CO.
