HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-93-0064I d-93-56 1 / 27/93 AC- RESOLUTION NO 9 3 _ 64 A RESOLUTION, WITH ATTACHMENT, GRANTING FINAL { APPROVAL OF THE LANDSCAPING PLAN, ATTACHED HERETO AS M MIBIT 'A', AND AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING, BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT TO PROCESS CLASS II SPECIAL PERMIT FILE NO. 92-- 2090, PURSUANT TO SECTION 613.3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE 1 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOR DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE SD-13 SOUTHWEST 27TH AVENUE GATEWAY DISTRICT, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2804 BIRD AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HERRIN). WHEREAS, the subject property is located within the SD-13 Southwest 27th Avenue Gateway Zoning District; and WHEREAS, Section 613.3.1 of Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, requires a Class II Speoial Permit before a building permit may be issued within the boundaries of the SD-13 Zoning District; and WHEREAS, said Section 613.3.1 also requires a review by the City Commission of the landscaping plans in conjunction with the issuance of a Class II Special Permit in the SP-13 Southwest 27th Avenue Gateway District; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant final approval to the proposed landscaping plan and to authorize the Planning, Building and Zoning Department to process the herein Class II Special Permit; ATTACHMENT (S) CONTAINED cnar cobwssiox KEETING OF, JAN 2 8 1993 Rwx"tWn Iva 93— 64 i 0 1") NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Commission, after having reviewed the proposed landscaping plan, attached hereto as Exhibit 'A', for the subject property, hereby grants its final approval, and authorizes said the Planning, Building and Zoning Department, through its director, to process Class Il Special Permit File No. 92-2090, pursuant to Section 613.3 of Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, for development within the SD-13 Southwest 27th Avenue Gateway District, for the property located at 2804 Bird Avenue, Miami, Florida, more particularly described as Lot 23 less West S feet and Lot 24 and West 82 feet of Lots 13 and 14, Malcolm Peacock Sub. of Pent Homestead, as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 83 of the Public Record of Dade County, Florida. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of Ja uary , 1993.
