ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS
AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, BY AMENDING ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401,
"SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS", TO AMEND
THE HEIGHT OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN THE R-4
MULTIFAMILY HIGH -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING
DISTRICT; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, in order to preserve an historio structure at the
ground level and to preserve environmental features along the
bayfront and meet the "see -through" re i� ments of the
