Dear Mr. Odio:
This is a request to appear on a Miami City Commission
agenda at the earliest date practical. In this regard, the
purpose of the appearance is to seek the downzoning of the
above described property from its present category to a
duplex category. I represent a large number of concerned
neighbors including the Miami -Road Neighborhood Civic
Association, Inc. and the Vizcaya -Roads Association, Inc.
Your present zoning ordinance, Article 22 "Amendments",
does not appear to permit persons who are neighbors of
wrongly zoned property to file requests for corrective
action. It does permit, however, the City Commission to
take such action. In that regard, and pursuant to that
section, we are requesting that a zoning application be so
filed.
I enclose herewith a map of the subject property as
well as a disclosure of ownership form previously filed with
the City (in relation to a variance request). I am copying
Vizcatran Ltd. at its address shown on this disclosure form
in order to comply with the Jennings requirements. It would
be very much appreciated if any correspondence you send to
me is also mailed to Vizcatran Ltd. for its information.
Once you have had an opportunity to digest this
information I would appreciate your letting me know when we

As you know, our firm represents Vizcatran in the subject
matter. I understand that Vizcatkan may be placed on the agenda
for the commission meeting scheduled to take place on Monday,
September 27, 1993.
I cannot attend the September 27 Meeting because of a previous
commitment outside of Miami, and I would very much appreciate it if
you could defer the matter to a lAter date. I have been involved
in this mutter for more than five years now and I would be very
grateful for the oourtesy of resoheduling the matter to another
date when I can attend.. Needless to say, it is very important to
my relationship with say client that I personally attend any
meetings involving this matter.
