July 20, 1993 FILE Appointments to Private Industry Council - July 8, 1993 In trying to implement the Commission action taken on agenda item 42 (appointments to the Private Industry Council) at the meeting of July 8th, we find the following incongruence: 1. A motion was made to reappoint "all existing members" except two (Esther Sobrino and Elizabeth Reyes -Diaz, who were replaced by Linda Eads and Gabriel Torres). However, the memorandum which was attached to the backup documentation showing "all existing members" was outdated (see copy attached). Attached please also find an updated list of present members on PIC. Kindly let me know how you wish us to proceed. Namely, do you wish to reschedule this item for clarification?
