Vehicular :pursuit ME Since the recent ruling by the Florida supreme Court in the case of Pinellas Park -vs- Brown, the police department has been in the process of reviewing vehicular pursuit policies from other law enforcement agencies. The new policy of the Florida highway Patrol has been reviewed and has been found to be a very restrictive one, ostensibly intended to reduce the possibility of incurring liability associated with vehicular pursuits.
