A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AN AMOUNT, NOT TO
EXCEED $50,000, FROM THE METRO-DADE TOURIST
BED TAX IN SUPPORT OF THE 1995 ANNUAL MIAMI
FILM FESTIVAL TO BE HELD AT THE GUSMAN CENTER
FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS ON FEBRUARY
3-12, 1995; SAID ALLOCATION BEING CONDITIONED
UPON COMPLIANCE WITH ANY CONDITIONS AND
LIMITATIONS AS MAY BE PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY
MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. An amount not to exceed $50,000 is hereby
allocated from the Metro -Dade Tourist Bed Tax in support of the
1995 Annual Miami Film Festival to be held at the Gusman Center
for the Performing Arts on February 3-12, 1995.
Section 2. The herein allocation is hereby conditioned
upon the organizers complying with any conditions and limitations
as may be prescribed by the City Manager or his designee.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.

South Florida region visitors to the Festival's
