RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND
SINCEREST CONDOLENCES OF THE CITY COMMISSION
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI AND ITS
CITIZENS TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF MELVIN
GREENBERG, UPON HIS UNTIMELY DEATH.
WHEREAS, Melvin Greeberg, who recently passed away, leaves
behind an outstanding record as a distinctive attorney and civic
activist; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Greenberg was one of the founding partners of
Greenberg, Traurig, Hoffman, Lipoff, Rosen and Quentel, P.A., one
of the most respeced law firms in the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission, on behalf
of the City of Miami and its citizens, to express its deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Melvin Greenberg;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of
Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and
friends of Melvin Greenberg, its deepest sympathy and sincerest
condolences, upon his untimely death.
