It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission approve
the attached .resolution authorizing the expenditure of funds to
cover the cost of services provided by Analysis Central Systems,
in an amount not to exceed $9,200 from the City of Miami Law

BACKGROUND:

Included in the contract was a maintenance agreement which
consisted of service for an additional year, beyond the first
year at a fee of 10% of the amount of the original contract,
which totaled $92,000. The company has provided services,
including phone support over the past two year period.
It is, therefore, recommended that the Resolution authorizing the
expenditure of funds for services rendered by Analysis Central
Systems, in an amount not to exceed $9,200 be adopted. The
funding source is the Law Enforcement Trust Fund, Project Code
