RESOLUTION NO. 9 ` 430
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTIONS 2 AND 3 OF
RESOLUTION NO. 94-333, ADOPTED MAY 5, 1994,
WHICH CLASSIFIED ONE CITY OF MIAMI VEHICLE AS
CATEGORY "A" SURPLUS STOCK, SHOULD SUCH
VEHICLE BECOME AVAILABLE, AND DONATING SAID
SURPLUS VEHICLE TO THE RAINBOW
VILLAGE/TOWNPARK RESIDENT ASSOCIATION, INC.,
THEREBY CLASSIFYING ONE (1) ADDITIONAL
VEHICLE AS CATEGORY "A" SURPLUS STOCK, SHOULD
SUCH VEHICLE BECOME AVAILABLE, AND DONATING
SAID ADDITIONAL VEHICLE TO THE MODEL CITY
SUB -COUNCIL; SUCH DONATION TO BE VALID AND
EFFECTIVE BETWEEN MAY 5, 1994 AND
MAY 4, 1995, UPON THE EXECUTION OF THE
APPROPRIATE RELEASE DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 94-333, adopted May 5,
1994, the Miami City Commission classified one (1) City of Miami
vehicle as Category "A" surplus stock; and
WHEREAS, should such vehicle become available between
May 5, 1994 and May 4, 1995, it is to be donated to the Rainbow
Village/Townpark Resident Association, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 94-430. adopted
June 9, 1994, the Miami City Commission directed that an
additional City of Miami vehicle be classified as Category "A"
surplus stock, and donated to the Model City Sub -Council; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Resolution No. 94-333 to
include this additional donation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference
thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this
Section.
Section 2. Sections 2 and 3 of Resolution No. 94-333,
adopted May 5, 1994, are hereby amended in the following
particulars: .1/
"Section 2. One (t3 Two (2) surplus City
vehicles is are hereby classified as Category "A"
Stock, should such vehiolea become available as surplus
City Stock.
Section 3. Within the period of May 5, 1994
and May 4, 1995, said Category "A" surplus stock
vehiolefl, if available, is &= hereby donated, upon the
execution of the appropriate release documents, to the
Rainbow Village/Townpark Resident Association, Inc.,
and the Model City Sub -Council, to provide much needed
transportation for the residents of the developments."
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.

Underscored words and/or figures shall be added. The
remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged.
