RE: City of Miami Bus Benches Contract
Dear Wally:
I wrote you on February 3, 1994, concerning the contract
between the City of Miami and Bus Bench Company.
I asked that you place the matter on the agenda for the City
Commission, so that any apparent dispute between the City and Bus
Bench Company could be resolved expeditiously.
I have not received any response to our letter. Would you
please let me know whether you will initiate a process to get this
matter on the agenda of the City Commission. In the absence of
your reply, I will be compelled to contact the City Manager
directly.
I await your response.
