Z 5; A RESOLUTION RELATED TO THE CUBAN MUNICIPALITIES FAIR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE CUBAN MUNICIPALITIES FAIR CORPORATION ON ti APRIL 7-10, 1994, ON THE GROUNDS OF THE FLAGLER DOG TRACK; DECLARING THAT SAID FAIR SHALL NOT BE 'CONSIDERED AS ONE OF THE TWO ALLOWED EVENTS PER SITE PER YEAR FOR ACTIVITIES OF THIS TYPE; SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1) NO GAMES OF CHANCE OR GAMBLING SHALL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE FAIR; AND 2) NO WEAPONS SHALL BE GIVEN AWAY AS PRIZES TO THOSE ATTENDING THE FAIR; FURTHER, CONDITIONED, UPON THE ORGANIZERS PAYING FOR ALL NECESSARY COSTS OF CITY SERVICES AND APPLICABLE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID EVENT AND OBTAINING INSURANCE TO PROTECT THE CITY IN THE AMOUNT AS PRESCRIBED BY THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE. l BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, i FLORIDA: Section 1. The Cuban Municipalities Fair to be conducted by The Cuban Municipalities Fair Corporation on April 7-10, 1994;_on the grounds of the Fl.agler Dog Track shall not be counted as one of the two events allowed per site, per year, for activities of this type at this location. Section 2. The herein authorization is hereby given subject to the following conditions: 1) no games of chance or gambling shall be conducted during the Fair; and 2) no weapons shall be given away as prizes to those attending the Fair. N Dear Mr. Odio The Twelve National Fair of the Cuban Municipalities in Exile has been scheduled to take place from,April 7, 8P 9 y 10, 1994, on the premises of the parking lot adjAcent to the Flagler Dog Track, N.W. 37 Avenue at 7th Street, Miami. 'In order to proceed with the organization of the event sae need your approval for the use of such premises, and thay this event not be counted as one of the.two allocated events per site per year, as specified in, ordenance.9500 regarding.thes,e types of activities. Friday April 8: from 6 p.m. to 11 P.M.
