BACKGROUND: The Department of Parks and Recreation has reviewed the bids submitted for the provision of boxing supplies to be utilized 'for the Anti -Drug and Crime Prevention Athletic ,League On October 18, 1993 three (3) sealed bids were received for the "furnishing of boxing supplies.
