ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 168-200 SOUTHWEST 32ND
ROAD, 3200-3202 SOUTHWEST 1ST AVENUE AND
1100-1139 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, BY CHANGING
THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM HIGH DENSITY
MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
