AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 41 SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM 0-OFFICE TO SD-5 BRICKELL AVENUE AREA RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 185 SOUTHEAST 14TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 37 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
