ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI
COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000,
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2515 SOUTHWEST
7TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS
ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
July 13, 1994, to ��6 , following an advertised hearing,

(9-0), RE END G APPROVAL of an amendme t o e Future Land
Use Ma of Ordinance No. 105 t
s amended, the Miami
Comprehe sive Neighborhood Pla 9 000, as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the Ci Co sion, after careful consideration
of this matter, deems 't advisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
approve this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
