AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM - DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3629 NORTHWEST 20TH COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 19 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. l WHEREAS, Boning Board at t me in of July 18, 1994, Item No , following an adve se hearing, adopted Resolut'on N B 71-94, by e h to one (6-1) vote, RECOMME G ROVAL of a change zoning classification, as hereinaf set forth; and WHEREAS, the Ci om \/io , after careful consideration of this matter, deems it isable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the CT y of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of District Regulations, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from R-3
