AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF ORDINANCE 105441 AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3629 NORTHWEST 2OTH COURT, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN), BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM MULTI- FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of July 13, 1994, Item No. 1, following an advertised public hearing, adopted Resoluti No. PAB 35-94 by a vote of five to four (5-4), RECO D4V DENIAL of an amendmen the Future Land Use Map of 'nance No. 10544, as n d the Miami Comprehens' e N ighborhood Plan 1989-2 ,\ as hereinafter set forth; a d00 WHERE , notwithstandi g th Planning Advisory Board's recommendation, the City Commi sion, after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000,
