Quinn Jones, III, on Friday, June 24, 1994, it was agreed that draft Motion 94-393, prepared by this office, in connection with attorney's fees for Roy Black, Esquire, in defense of former Police Officer William Lozano, was acceptable. It was further agreed that the essence of the advertisement in connection with same should be taken from said motion.
