NON- A'RESOLUTION, WITH ATTACHMENTS, ADOPTING THE R 94-219 ` AG ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE CITY'S MOVED: DE YURRE BOARDS AND COMMITTEES REVIEW COMMITTEE AS SECONDED: PLUMMER CONTAINED IN THE REPORT TO THE MAYOR AND THE UNANIMOUS CITY COMMISSIONERS DATED JANUARY 31, 1994, AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO IMPLEMENT SAID ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS.
