AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF ORDINANCE NO. 10544, AS AMENDED, THE MIAMI COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN 1989-2000, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM RESIDENTIAL DUPLEX TO MAJOR PUBLIC FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION AND UTILITIES, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1112-1120 SOUTHWEST 33RD AVENUE; 3300-3312-3314-3320-3338 SOUTHWEST 11TH STREET AND 1103-1135 SOUTHWEST 34TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN)*, MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANS:KITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFEC`!'ED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of November 10, 1993, Item N3, following an advertised hearing, adopted by Resolutio%AP .�PAB 37-93, by a vo / of seven to zero (7-0), RECOMMEND OVAL of an amen t the Future Land Use Map f 0 nance No. 10 14,� as amended, the Miami Comprehen i e ighborhoo P1 89-2000, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Comm sion, after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY - OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
