ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANO AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF
DISTRICT REGULATIONS, FROM R-2 TWO FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL
FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3710-3712
SOUTHWEST 26TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA
(MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN); AND
BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE
NO. 42 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of
November 15, 1993, Item No. 6, following as advertised hearing,
adopted resolution No. ZNI 116-93, by a five to two (8-2) vote

general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000, as
amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida,
Article 4, Section 401, Schedule of Distriot Regulations, is
